These terms govern use of Humboldt County Busted Mugshots. Visiting a page or using a feature means that you agree to them. If you do not accept every condition, do not continue to use the site. The rules apply to this private reference website and its content, not to Humboldt County, Iowa Courts, IDOC, or any other government or outside website reached through a link.

This privately owned guide is not affiliated with a government body, sheriff, jail, police office, or corrections department.
